Service access
Vantix may provide website, quotation and shipment-workflow functionality, including early-access or pre-release features. Access may be changed, suspended or discontinued as the product develops.
Quotes and carrier services
Planning estimates are not binding carrier offers. Final rates, capacity, pickup, transit time and delivery remain subject to validation, carrier availability and applicable carrier terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate shipment, commodity, contact and account information; safeguarding login credentials; and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload harmful content or use the product to violate the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Vantix name, design, software and original content are owned by Vantix or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond use of the service.
Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will publish the revised date on this page.
